Company Background

ReSourcePro, LLC is an international company with the corporate headquarters located in New York, NY and has 6 branch offices located in China, India, and the United States. The company focuses on operations optimization by diagnosing barriers, designing, and implementing operations solutions for clients in the insurance industry.

As a Talent Development Specialist Intern, I worked in the Department of Global Talent Development (GTD) in Qingdao, China office for the summer internship program. I then was able to work remotely after I came back to the US as an extension of the internship program.

Presentation

To end the summer internship program, I used Prezi as the tool in designing the dynamic presentation and organizing the graphics pieces as well as projects that were done during my time working at the GTD department. The materials were presented to the department leaders and senior managers of the operation teams during the presentation of Final Report/Reflection.

Poster Design Sample

As a visual designer and consultant for the GTD (Global Talent Development) department, I designed the announcement poster and the website banner to announce the new learning program-Insurance Level 2 for company employees.

Company Brand Colors were straightly followed during the design.

Internal & External Learning Map Design

The final version that was created using Articulate Storyline and it's currently being used:

At the beginning of my internship, I was assigned to the "Learning Map" project team with 6 team members. The project goal was to create a map (game map) with a system that contains all the learning resources for organizing purposes. The design phase of the map system lasted 6 months, and it was truly a great challenge for the whole team.

Meeting with stakeholders brought a lot of fun and new challenges to the project. Our client for the external learning map design was the HR department who demanded it for recruiting purposes.
