The Company and My Role
ReSourcePro, LLC is an international company focuses on operations optimization in the insurance industry, and it has branch offices located in China, India, and the United States.
During my internship with ReSourcePro's Global Talent Development team, I supported corporate learning initiatives through visual design, learning-resource development, and cross-functional project work. A few major tasks included developing branded communications for employee learning programs, contributing to an HR-requested learning resource system, and designing visual templates for online training.

Poster:
As a visual designer and consultant for the GTD (Global Talent Development) department, I designed the announcement poster and the website banner with company-brand colors to announce the new learning program-Insurance Level 2 for company employees.

Learning Resource Map:
The Need: The HR department needed a centralized way/system to organize and access learning resources used in recruitment.
My Contribution: I was selected as the visual designer to join a six-person project team.
The Solution: A visual learning/resource map that organized and linked existing resources. The design phase of the map system lasted 6 months.
The map was initially designed in PPT, and it was polished and completed in Articulate Storyline after adding interactive actions to the elements.

Internship Reflection & Presentation:
At the conclusion of my internship, I presented a summary of my projects and contributions to Global Talent Development leaders and senior operations managers. The presentation highlights additional work completed during my time with the team.
